The Gazette clearly identifies Electric Fence Energizers as the covered product category and specifies 302-2-76:1999 as the applicable Indian Standard for “Safety of Household and similar electrical appliances, Part 2, particular requirement Sec 76 electric fence energizers.” It also states that BIS is the certification and enforcement authority for the listed goods.
